Did OJ Simpson Get A Fair Trial

Almost 13 years to date of OJ Simpson acquittal for double homicide, OJ has been found guilty of 12 counts of robbery and kidnapping.Unfortunately for OJ he did not have the type of Legal Counsel he had 13 yrs ago.

Now don't get me wrong OJ may have committed the murders but in a society ran by laws and regulations one cant help but come to the conclusion that the American justice system has one way of dealing with blacks when it comes to criminal law in our society and another when dealing with whites in America.

Recent examples are the case of the Jena 6 were local prosecutors and the judge attempted to give 6 black minors 20yrs to life in prison for a simple school fight trying all 6 as adults with attempted murder charges.
When in fact the kid that was beat up was well enough to go to a high school party that same night.

In OJs case the injustices began immediately after being acquitted.

Soon after OJ was found guilty of being responsible for the same murders in civil court the same crimes he was found Innocent of in criminal court.

The civil conviction led to hampering OJ of being able to earn a living for the rest of his life for again a crime he was found Innocent of in criminal court.

After a few minor skirmishes with the law OJ finally did something dumb enough to have him face serious charges.

I feel OJ should definitely do some jail time for acting in mature and for being involved with the use of a gun 5YRS MAX, but the way the law works when blacks are involved especially black celebrities OJ is now facing 20yrs to life for a crime that is basically equivalent to armed robbery or or a civil disturbance with a gun involved.

Again I feel that it is highly possible that OJ may have committed the crimes he got off for.

My point is that every black American should be concerned when they see OJ facing 20yrs to life in prison for an offense that the law was designed to only give out 5yrs for.
We should all be asking the question WHO'S NEXT!
